As Moon becomes full, we gather in circle to slow down, listen in and reconnect with Moon's rhythm. Each month we take a deep dive journey through body and soul to release, and seek wisdom and guidance to integrate back into our daily lives. Nature is our co-guide, as we dance with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit. We create safe space for you to show up as you are and be yourself. Patterns of tension held in the body are brought into the light of Awareness so that they may be released. Through a series of slow, simple movements we learn to recognise and release these patterns of tension stored in the fascial tissue, bringing freedom and wholeness to the body-heart-mind. $200/ 8 sessions. Through guided ritual, reflection, writing practice, dance and a powerful ritual inspired by Joanna Macy (Truth Mandala) we tend our personal and collective grief. Everyone will have an opportunity to share and express what they feel called to share, but you are not required to do so. Witnessing plays an invaluable role, and your attentive presence makes a difference. This ritual draws inspiration from the teachings of Francis Weller and Joanna Macy. Together in a supportive circle of sisterhood. we journey together for 9 months, following the seasonal cycles of land and womanhood, to shed the old skin of the past and reclaim your raw, unapologetic power - in and through the body. Through shamanic embodiment practices of dance, drum journeying, soul retrieval, and nature-based ritual, you will retrieve lost parts of self, reconnect with your unique gifts, and emerge rooted and aligned in your sovereignty. Nine months is the time it takes to birth something completely new into the world. What are you longing to bring forth? A curated arc of six in-person retreats following the seasonal cycles, we journey through the different archetypes of being Woman, from child to crone. The journey culminates in a death and rebirth ritual.
