WOMENS FULL MOON DRUM DANCE RITUAL
FRIDAY December 13, 2024 @River Lodge, Courtenay (address on registration) 6pm -10pm $45-$75 *sliding scale Join us for a magical evening of Ritual, Shamanic Dance and Trance Drumming. As Moon becomes full, we gather in circle to slow down, listen in and connect with Moon's rhythm. Each month we take a deep dive journey through body and soul to seek insight, wisdom and guidance to integrate back into our daily lives. Nature is our co-guide, as we journey with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit. We create safe space for you to show up as you are and be yourself. Space is limited. 'Release + Ground' WEDNESDAYS 11am-12:30pm December 4, 11 + 18, 2024 @River Lodge, Courtenay Join us for this slow, meditative practice. Through slowing down, awareness arises. Patterns of tension held in the body are brought into the light of Awareness so that they may be released. Through a series of slow, simple movements we learn to recognise and release these patterns, bringing freedom, liberation and wholeness to the body-heart-mind. 'Relax & Restore' THURSDAYS 5:30pm-7pm December 5, 12 + 19, 2024 @River Lodge, Courtenay Relax, unwind and rejuvenate with this quiet candlelit practice. Dive deep into stillness through a series of supported postures to ease tension, free joints and bring balance to body-heart-mind. This practice is for anyone needing to slow down and find calm in the busyness of life, as well as those recovering from injury or illness or who have a limited range of motion.
