What to Expect:
You determine the level of movement within your dance. We begin gently and slowly, and gradually lift the pace, building heat as you feel comfortable. Move at your own pace, you can't get it wrong!
What to Wear:
Loose comfortable clothing that supports freedom of movement, however you choose to move.
What to Bring:
A blanket and warm layers for the warm-up on the floor
An open mind and heart
A water bottle
A friend (optional)
